Return & Refund Policy

1. The “Sample First” Policy

Please Read Before Buying Bulk: At Bond of Colours, we strongly encourage customers to purchase 10g – 100g Samples for R&D testing before ordering commercial quantities (1kg+). Due to the sensitive nature of chemical products, returns on bulk orders are restricted to ensure supply chain purity.

2. Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Seals must be intact: The tamper-evident seal on the drum, bag, or bottle must be unbroken.
• Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and stored in appropriate temperature conditions.
• RMA Required: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before shipping anything back.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened containers (due to contamination risk).
• Sample sizes (10g, 100g).
• Custom-formulated blends.
• Expired products (if expiry occurred while in your possession).

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives leaking, damaged, or does not match the Certificate of Analysis (COA):

1. Do not use the product.
2. Take clear photos of the damage and the Batch Label.
3. Email support@bondofcolours.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. We may ask you to dispose of the damaged product locally in accordance with regulations.

4. Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)

If you ordered the wrong color or quantity and wish to return sealed goods:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and warehouse handling.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (FedEx/UPS).
• Refund: Once inspected at our MA facility, a refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@bondofcolours.com with your Order # and reason for return.
2. Wait for your RMA Number and return shipping address.
3. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
